Blue Pay contacted me via Cold calling and the salesman Chris Mcinnes would make claims over the phone that he could save us a large percentage on our processing, then when I recieved the application, and did the math, the savings were minimal. When pressed, he kept insisting that his numbers were correct, even though by his own admission, he wasn't including all of the Visa/MasterCard charges that were in the contract.
When pressed for written detail, they wouldn't provide straight forward rate comparisons. The contract has a ton of hidden fees. When pressed about fees, they would say, "well we won't charge you that" but then they wouldn't provide it in writing.
I was evaluating 3 companies to decide which to choose and when I told him I was going with someone else, he sent me abusive and threatening emails. I reported both the company and the saleman to the Better Business Bureau. It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company, ever. I know that I dodged a bullet by not choosing them.
