Victor came to our house on 12/5/07, and he met with my husband. He pressured him to install the security system. I called Victor and told him not to install the system in our house. He came by again. He told me husband that the installer was coming by, and if he was not home then he would be charged for the installation. My husband felt pressured. He asked if he could cancel, and Victor told him yes at anytime. He failed to tell my husband about the fee for cancelling his contract. It turns out to be a three year contract for about $1500. I called to cancel on 12/14/07, and now we have a $1500 contract. Pinnacle will say anything to get you locked into this three year contract, and now there is not a way out! We are stuck owing $1500! Do not believe any of the sales people!!
