When I signed up to become an Active Associate, the online marketing of PCI stated that the member fee would be taken out of your bank account on the 1st day of the month, or if the 1st fell on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holdiday, it wiuld be removed on the first prior business day before the 1st of that month.in early November, my bank sent me an NSF notice for an ACH drawn by PCI for my member fees attempting to be taken out of my account on October 29, and not on Thursday, November 1, per their agreement.
I sent PCI an e-mail telling them they caused an NSF on my account and that they violated their agreement by doing that. Their response to that e-mail simply said "we do not control the processing of your monthly fee. That is done by our processing company and they are done in batches during the last week of a month, and not necessarily on the 1st day of the month."
When I got my bank statement for October, my account statement looked like a jigsaw puzzle all broken up! Because of their attempt to draft funds for November 1 on October 29, that generated an NSF notice and that made my deposit for my November PCI fee to become not enough to cover their next attempt for a $10 return draft fee, which got returned to PCI too.By November 9, PCI got their November 1 monthly fee, but I got three more NSF notices. When I went in on November 30 to make my deposit for the December member fee, this is when I found out they had attempted to take my December fees out on November 26, well before the 1st. I sent them an e-mail yesterday advising they are still attempting to violate their agreement, and after my reply, they simply sent a message saying "all we can do is cancel your account", and they did! But, they have already taken the December fee as an ACH from my account.
