I started in their credit program last August and in October my payment bounced. On November 26th they received a payment to pay that October payment that bounced, December 3rd they received a payment that paid my November 28th payment and then December 26th they received a payment that was for my December 28th payment. Now they are calling me saying that my November 26th payment was for the November 28th due, December 3rd was for December 28th due, and that the December 26th paid January 28th due. And that each month I have been paying approximatly 22 days early. So now I am being penalyzed for paying supposively early. And secondly they keep calling me at work when they have been told on several occasions to not contact me at that number. I was told in the beginning that if I made my 6 payments that my account would be released and that I would be eligable for my Title IV's, because at the time I was still in school. And now that I have supposively paid 22 days early they are not going to release my account for that eligiablity or clear my credit. Are you kidding me? Shouldn't they be happy they are getting a payment?!
