First of all Dish Network took it into their own hands to withdraw my entire bank acount with out my knowledge leaving me with no rent, diaper or food money. They refunded my account for all but $109. They stated that the money was going to be used for the month of september to October and for a partial charge for the month of October to November. They stated that this would bring my balance to a zero and that my first bill would be sent out on the first of november for the month of Nov. To Dec.
I recieved a bill in Sept for $257 for which I called and they credited to my account. I then received a bill in October for $303. And stated that my account would again be credited to leave me with a zero balance. My next bill would be aproxamitely $40.
Today I received my Nov. Bill and it is for $115. Now they say that the previous agreement was not on file and that they are not going to credit the account the difference. That it was my own perogitive on whether I paid it or not. Then they hung up on me!
And still, they did not credit my account.
