I received letters from kids.com and after receiving the third one we decided to give them a try so we called and set the apt. For a sat. Because my daughter's father works during the week and we were told that the three of us had to go. The thought of them scamming us didn't cross our minds because they had all the paperwork, portfolios, a big office, etc.
We did the 3 installment plan for the payment of 600$ for a 5 yr. Contract and i've actually ran into a problem with them when they took my daughter's file off the internet so i called them to see what was going on and they said it was because of the last installment not going through and i said it was b.S. Because i made the payment 2 months prior to that and it was removed from my account so i told the lady that the problem was on there end i even called the bank and got my confirmation and they received two days after i made the payment so i called them back and gave them the information and because it was they're mistake the manager told me that i get an extra year on the contract for free. I only went to one audition. I would call them and they told me that they were still sending out her photos and sending it to auditions so she didn't physically have to be at the auditions all the time. We signed with them since my daughter was 3 months old and now shes 16 months old and i just find out that they are no longer on the site and all phone numbers are disconnected!!! I am so angry... How could these people get away with this stuff... They took advantage of the three of us... And for that i will be filing a (class action suit)
if there are more people that have been in this situation please speak up and lets all stick together and get our money back from these scammers
