Has anyone purchased furniture from Crowley's in Liberty, Missouri?
I purchased from them, received furniture, problems with furniture, sent rep, he said ordering new for us, weeks went by, nothing, went to store per store's request, decided to order new furniture to replace bad furniture.
2 weeks went by, nothing, called, 1 couch back ordered, fine, the other couch & chair, have 1 of each, asked in stock, was told no, the couch and chair from showroom. I was never told I was getting showroom. When I was at store, noticed my set on sale for clearence but never talked about getting it, was told will order by salesman.
2 weeks went by, nothing, called, I was told set was discontinued, never ordered from rep or salesman at store when I went down there 2 weeks ago.
Take in mind though I still have the furniture in my home that will be returned, so I am not out the furniture but have defective furniture.
Give me your take on this ordeal, Do you think I am being rip-offed or not.
