Unauthorized Debit To My Acount

I order some magazines online after receiving an offer of four free subscriptions for one year. The only thing that was required for me to receive my subscriptions was payment of the shipping and handling charges. I paid these charges with my debit card online. Three of the magazines shipping and handling charges was $2.00, two dollars each the other one which was People was $4.00. The total amount that should have been charged to my account should have been $10.00, ten dollars. However upon checking my statement online there were Three charges for $2.00, tow dollars each and one charge for $114.00, onehundred fourteen dollars.

I called the toll free number and navigated through their automated system for about thrity minutes before speaking with an actual represenative. I spoke with a Sue Clapp I explained the unauthorized charges and asked for an explanation as to why my card was charged that amount. I further informed her that if the charges were not removed immediately my account would be in jeopardy of overdraft charges as I have scheduled deductions for bill payments.

Sue Clapp stated that the People Magazinesubscription was only for three months and that the $114.00 charge was because they had renewed the subscriotion automatically to cover another year. I told her I wanted that charge removed immediately as I had not authorized a one year renewal and only wanted to pay the shipping and handing for my free subscriptions. Sue apologized and stated she would be removing the charges immediately. I asked for her name and a confirmation number of the transaction.

As of today 11/23 the charges have not been removed and it has caused a overdraft in my account.

Not only do I want the overdraft charges removed but i want this company to pay all bank charges that I have incurred as a result of their unauthorized transaction.in addition I would like a letter of apology and a letter to my bank describing their actions.
