We bought some stuff from there a while ago and we were offered up to 3 free magazines. We didnt want them but the lady kept insisting. She said they were completely free so we said ok. She never notified us that we were going to be charged everyday for those magazines. Nor did she explain that it was a subscription and it was NOT free. We never gave her our credit card information or our bank account information.
We were never asked to sign an agreement that we would allow these magazines to be charged to our credit card. We were told they were completely free, there was no catch, no charges at all. But somehow, we were automatically renewed for these magazines and charges from a company called TWX Magazine posted to our bank account.
There was a total of 4 charges in all. We want to be refunded for those charges and we want to be refunded for the overdraft charges we recieved due to this going through without anyones permission or acknowledgement. TWX Magaine is giving us a hassle about this and said we need to report Sam Goody for not notifying us that our credit card information would be given out to this company.
