I'm writing to let you know or can investigate why Whirlpool Corporation will not recognize a problem with their equipment or there products. Enclosed is copies of the correspondence with Whirlpool Corporation which is self explanatory I don't think I was being rude by asking for pro rated money back on this washer. It was a heavy duty 25 lb capacity which was a quite magnificent in operation. They refuse or give some kind of excuse which is total nonsense from a Corporation of this size.
