My Whirlpool Washer had very loud noise. When I called warranty service dept, They said "it is under the warranty". I asked them " will Whirlpool cover it?" They said: Yes. Then, they sent A&E repairman to my home. Repairman said "it is normal. He can not fix it". About three month later, I got bill from A&E. Whirlpool won't pay for the A&E fee. Whirlpool had never tell me that it maybe not under the warranty. If they tell me that it maybe not under the warranty, I would not let them to come.
So, be care for. Even Whirlpool tell you that Washer is under the warranty. But, They will not pay for it.
