On Oct. 11 2007 Ebay charged fees to a debit card on file. I always pay these fees manually. This has caused many problems because the card was not mine, it was my mothers'.
The Debit was for $257.92. I need this put back in her account by ebay because I do not have the funds myself due to Paypal freezing funds and causing a dominoe effect on my finances.
