Debit Card Used on Account Without Permission and Support Ignored

I was a victim of debit card theft related to ebay. The thief used my debit card on ebay. Ebay will not talk to me on the phone and ignores my email. Ebay allows ripoffs and won't tell you or take steps to prevent it
