16.00 for a min phone call!

I made a debit card call to my friends house and it lasted all of 40-50 seconds, now I have a 16.00 bill on my card! This is really sick! I called the number on there web site, seems they have one girl working the phones around lunch time and she had no clue what to say, she forwarded me to a person who could help and I got an awnsering machine.

I dont know how folks can sleep at night price jacking others like that, I hope someone files a lawsuit against NCIC cause this has to be criminal, there was no warning as to how much the call would cost or anything. You would assume that like any other service using a card is just another way for them to get there usual fee, I want to see McDonalds try a 15.50 card fee and see how many employees get disability leave!

After reading most of these posts I can see this happens pretty often, Bill the NCIC rep says they do 2 mil in calls a month, so many juked people! I just want to know HOW NCIC can treat people like this, may as well just stick a gun in someones back at an ATM. BAD KARMA NCIC!

I will be calling for a refund every day till I get one, you can have my card number seeing its pre-paid:) 16.00 bucks isnt the end of the world, its more about standing my ground as a consumer.
