The NCIC charged me an outrageous amount of 5.76 for less then a one min. Local phone call it was maybe 30 seconds. I was in Fremont, Ne calling my mother on a payphone b/c I didn't have change on me so I used my check card, well my mistake. This company should be ashamed of how they get their money if they con everybody this way, and if they haven't been they should be reported to the Usa Consumer Complaints.com.
