The pay phone at the CVG airport was not accepting coins and listed the NCIC number to make credit card calls.
NCIC charge me 68.82 for 4 calls that lasted 8 minutes. 2 of the calls were to a local Cincinnati number.
The company not only charged 8.99 for each connection fee, but grossly overcharged the minutes for each call as well.
I am not surprised they have already been reported to the usacomplaints.com. Usacomplaints.com/reports/ripoff125740.htm
I am trying to retrieve some of my money through my VISA company, but would greatly appreciate any help. The pay phone is owned by Cincinnati Bell and I don't think they are going to be very helpful.
This company is stealing money and taking advantage of people. They should be shut down.
