We have been renting from this company for 4 months.
My girlfriend is pregnant, and got put on bedrest this past week, unable to keep the merchandise, because of financial reasons, we called them to come pick up the merchandise.
When my girlfriend called them, at 3:00pm today, they said they would pick it up by 7:00pm.
At 5:00pm the store manager called to say they could not pick it up until wednesday, she told them that it was not possible because we are being loaned some furniture tomorrow morning, THE MANAGER "JEREMY" STARTED YELLING AT HER, TOLD HER THAT IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM, AND THAT IT WASNT GOING TO BE PICKED UP TODAY!
When she told him that we would just set it outside, he continued to yell and raise his voice at her, then he said they would be here today, and HUNG UP ON HER!!!
If this is the way they treat all their customers, then i believe people should avoid this business at all costs, i have rented off of rent-a-center and was always treated with respect!!!
