After reconciling my credit card statement, I noticed a charge of $14.95 for Shopping Essentials. Not knowing what this was for, I called the number listed on my statement. Come to find out, apparently when I ordered from VitaCost Vitamin store online, I "singed up" for this shopping service. My credit card is a business account, so I would never sign up for this kind of service.
When I went back one month, I noticed that I missed the charge when reconciling the charge account. I called Shopping Essentials and explained my situation. They stated that I would receive one refund, but not for the first month since I had a contract with them. I feel that I never agreed to a contract and that VitaCost needs to be aware of this association to their web site. I will be calling them next.
