MVQ Shopping Essentials Plus/Vitacost
Shopping Essentials, Shopping Essentials Plus took $19.95 from my bank account every month unauthorized

I have just noticed where an unauthorized debit from my checking account of $19.95 is being withdrawn every month. Apparently, while placing orders with Vitacost through my debit card, it asks if you want a rebate on your next order, which they are claiming I selected yes. But obviously there is no rebate to get because my account is being deducted every month from this place known as MVQ Shopping Essentials Plus. Both Vitacost and Shopping Essentials Plus are fraudulent and I want "ALL" of my money back.
