I ordered some vitamins from vitacost.com and passed my credit card information to them. However, recently, I found vitacost.com passed my credit card information to Shopping Essentials, who charged my card $14.95 each month for several months!
Until today I caught the charges! I did not apply any membership from them. I never received any confirmation or membership number from them. I called them. They told me that they get information from vitacost.com. They can only refund part of the money to me. It is an un-fair business practice.
I think vitacost.com is responsible for passing my credit card information to them without my authorization or confusing web page design. I require that vitacost.com to help to get my money back to me and Shopping Essentials to refund all the chrage to me.
