I, myself moved from a home to a condo. I am one person and only moved one bedroom set, a couch, coffe table and end tables, 3 clothing boxes, dishes and that's it. It took them 9 hours to pack me up and drive 4 miles. I have moved 11 times in my lifetime and never have experienced this type of scam.
There were 3 guys who moved like turtles. I called the company three times on the day of the move and they did nothing, I called the owner after the move and he did nothing, now I am reporting them here on this site, with the BBB, and will be contacting local newspapers and news stations. This is unacceptable! I even invited the owner to come to my new home to see what items were moved so he could see for himself it was not 9 hours worth of labor and he refused.
If anyone wants to file a class action suit please contact me.
