We bought membership in Lone Star Dirct Savings buying club in May. Our contract states we would make 24 payments of $89.20, whichmmmmmmm kvbbn we did and the final payment should have been May but they continued to draft our account June, July, August.
It is now Sept 4. We have contacted them by phone and email for almost a month and just get the run-around as they said last Wednesday (aug 29) "It will be in your account next Tuesday at 12:01 am" (sept 4) Then when it wasn't there they said "Oh, it's being processed out of our account right now"
We have told our lawyer to go ahead and file suit for fraud, theft, interest and legal fees. We will also file a report with the BBB and Texas Atty Gen.
They have been able to live up tp their claims of finding a lower price on one item for us, but not on several others.
