I agreed to subscribe to their wireless service when they called me assuming that the company was legitimate. They sent my phone which according to Verizon was an outdated piece of equipment. After activating the phone I was able to use it for a total of two days when suddenly. Verizon starts cutting in stating that the calls could not be completed and that I should call *611 when I try to place other calls. When calling Verizon, they couldnt find any records of my account which I wouldnt think they would have since USA Mobile is the carrier.
Its been two months now since the first two days of service that I have been trying to reach USA Mobile to correct this problem but coulnt seem to find them.information 411 doesnt show a listing in Uniontown for them so I am stuck with a recurring charge of $49.99 every months not counting the initial cost of $99.99 which I have paid, plus a defective cell phone.
