Another family held hostage

Our furniture was picked up August 2 in Coachella California. We were also told to expect delivery in two weeks. It has now been over three weeks, and our belongings are still sitting in a warehouse in California. Tony from Ashville NC is having the same experience, we are in Salisbury NC, it would be nice if Fidelity would put our stuff on the same truck and send it this way!

We are getting the same kind of responses from Jason at Fidelity customer service; he has repeatedly told us that our stuff would be on a truck in the next few days, and then a week later, it's still sitting in the warehouse. The contract stated that they have 21 days after the first date we are available for delivery. I'd like to know what kind of recourse we have if they fail to deliver on time.
