Dishonest, Unfair, Rude, Deceptive, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I contracted with Koldon North American Van Lines to relocate me from Illinois to New Mexico at a cost of approx. $8000. I was told my belongings would take a little over 1/2 of a truck.
They were to pick up my belongings from my home and from my storage locker on May 18 and the contract states they would deliver my belongings to me in NM on May 22 or May 23.

On May 18 when the moving semi arrived at my home, it was not a driver from Koldon North American, they had farmed my job out to another North American agent from Santa Ana, California and did not advise me of this til the day before the move.
The truck arrived on May 18 (2.5 hours late) and when they opened the trailer to my amazement the truck was already 2/3 full. I immediately addressed with the driver but the driver did not speak english (one of the things Jeanne Batman my estimator said "Absolutely would not happen") It was not til late that afternoon that they acknowledged that my stuff would not all fit. As a matter of fact, it was not until there was less than 2 feet of space on the back of the truck that they agreed with me. It did not take a rocket scientist to figure this out as there was still 4000 lbs of furniture in storage including a full dining room set, patio set for 6, a washer and dryer and appox 30 large totes of misc goods.
By this time it was too late to do anything that day so the next day I was told we would meet at my storage locker at 9am and they would pick up my additional items that they were now referring as an "overflow load".
Again, they were way late and showed up at 1015am.
I was told my "overflow load" should arrive in NM 2-5 days after the original truck which would of put the delivery date of 5/27 or 5/28. That did not happen. My belongs just arrived yesterday, 22 days AFTER the agreed delivery date.

When the delivery 2-5 days later did not happen and the anticipated delivery date kept getting pushed back (from 5/27 to 6/5 to 6/13) I asked Chris from Koldon if they could load my stuff in a small truck and drive it out to me. He said no that was not possible because he did not have the staff not the truck available.

Chris from Koldon kept telling me during all this time that he needed the space in his warehouse now that it is summer and busy season so "he needed my stuff out of his warehouse". This man seemed more interested in getting his floor space back than he was interested in getting me my stuff.

Funny thing I learned yesterday was that my stuff was NEVER put in their warehouse, it was STILL sitting on the truck it was loaded on back on May 19.
How is it possible that my stuff sat on a truck for 3 WEEKS untouched when Chris kept telling me had no trucks available?

North American HQ Customer service in Ft Wayne, IN has been good to me, and the overflow driver Mike from North American in Green Bay, WI was excellent.

I could go on much more about the "wrongs and specific lies" Koldon told me but after they lied to me multiple times, Jeanne from Koldon will not return a phone call, and they lost 3 items (motorcycle chock, suitcase, and a shovel) and damaged another (HP Deskjet all in one machine) there is
NO WAY I WOULD EVER SUGGEST SOMEONE USE KOLDON NORTH AMERICAN VAN LINES FROM LAKE ZURICH, IL.
