We hired Fidelity Van Lines to move us from Berkely CA to Asheville NC on July 19th at which point we were told it would be 14 to 21 days till they delivered. We stressed how much we needed our belongings and that we were self employed and they would be moving everything we used to earn our living.
We were assured that we had nothing to worry about. It has been five weeks yesterday since Fidelity Van Lines picked up our belongings and as of now they are sitting in a warehouse in LA.
When i call they don't answer, when i leave a message they don't return my call, and the few times that I have got to talk to someone they have lied to me telling me our things would be leaving on a certain day and when it didn't show up I called to find out it was still in the warehouse.
No one has been willing to help. I have had to find part-time work to create income for my wife and myself because we can't work. They are holding our belongings hostage and simply don't care. Yes they have broken the contract but the realy sad part is that my wife and I have worked very hard the last five years building our business and we are getting very close to losing everything we have worked so hard to build because of Fidelity Van Lines.
