I have been without continuious service from comcast over a week now. I have had two technician in my home both with different resolution to the problem. The last technician that arrived here said my apartment needed to be rewired. He would schedule the appointment with his manager and have so one call, this never happened by the way the technician number is 3810.
Now i've tried over a six hour span to get a supervisor or manager on the phone and everytime I happen to call none are available. I have held on the phone for over 45 mins waiting for a manager after waiting so long I'll either get disconnected or all the supervisor are gone for the evening.
By the way this whole time I'm still out of continious service.
