John Tibbetts of Picture Shows is terrible at customer support. He got my wedding pictures and that I needed to delay 2 weeks to get a Disc within the email (after many calls and emails pleading him to deliver them). He originally mentioned he might send them the week following the wedding. Delay, it gets worse! None of the images about the Disc might start — the Disc was damaged or anything. We've named him five times since that time and also have not obtained a return phone. He'd not a problem cashing our check and we've compensated entirely — but nonetheless we've no images of our big day. He is a quack!
