Complaint / review text:
Placed an order for supplies from abc-i.com. After waiting two weeks for supplies to arrive I contact abc-i.com and speak with Linda Barron to inquiry where my supplies are.
After waiting two weeks for my order She first tells me it is my fault that I am out of supplies and that I need to stock more. Which later in the conversation I learn she does not stock any product.
Once again secondly Linda then tells me she does not stock supplies and Xerox is out of one of the supplies to complete my order. Keep in mind this information is only being provided after I patiently wait two weeks for my order.
Then Linda explains to me that the delay was related to her being out of the Country, Leading me to believe possibly abc-i.com is being ran out of Linda's garage.
After learning how I got scammed on the Internet I told her to cancel my order. She claims that I cannot cancel the order.
In closing, I have been patiently waiting two weeks for my order and it still hasn't shipped and Linda has no clue when it will ship. Meanwhile the orders for my printing business are stacking up.
