I placed an order for supplies on March 18. I get an email on April 3 stating my insurance was no longer available. I knew this, that is why I talked to my insurance company before placing the order to make sure my supplies were covered 100%. They were, so why now did it take them a month to get back to me. My insurance told me to adivse them to back date the time I put in my order which was March 18. They won't do it. So now I have no supplies and I am not going to pay 3 grand for stuff that hardley even works. I would stick with Animas If I were you. At least they won't let you die waiting on supplies and they will actually process your supplies the date the are recieved not a month later. Medtronic sucks, I would not suggest them to know one. This is the third time this has happened too.
