I decided today to pay by my pay card from work and called into their automated phone service it asked me for all of my information and I gave it the thing is that the phone just suddenly went blank so I assumed that it did not charge my card. I called and had an agent in their customer service perform the transaction over the phone. I got paid to day and only had $210 on the card and the only charges I had to day was the phone bill. I called to check the ballace on the card and it was $67 from $210 and my bill was only $67 which meant they charged it twice. I called customer service and they said to call the corporate office which I did. First of all the hold was about 40 minutes and i got a rude represenative once i got through then I was told I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund because the payment is still pending. How come a gas station can refund money that is pending yet a large corparation cannot.
