I have gotten a bunch of EMPTY promises from this company, but nothing is ever delivered. Paramount picked up my belongings on June 27th and was supposed to deliver everything July 2nd. The salesman I spoke with 'Tony' told me to keep 7-10 days worth of necessary items with me to last until belongings can be delivered.

I called to speak with Tony on the 3rd of July when things were not delivered and spoke with Kellie and she told me Tony no longer works there. We told her we understood a slight delay because of the 4th of July holiday and she said some employees were American and some Jews, so that wouldnt matter.

She said she would have to call us back, but no return call came. On the 5th of July I ended up in the hospital from having to sleep on the floor since I am a cancer patient with kidney problems and the floor is too hard for me to sleep on for extended periods.

On July 6th my husband called and was told Kellie wasn't in and he spoke to another woman who said Kellie had a call into the dispatcher and would call back. Again, there was no return call.

July 7th my husband again called and spoke with Kellie. Told her again that we were ready for our belongings to be delivered. She said her supervisor was out today but knows that we are looking for a little adjustment in our bill due to the delays and over charges. She also said the supervisor speaks with an accent and may be hard to understand.

July 9th I called and spoke with Kellie inquiring where my belongings were being held. She stated that all she could tell me was in a safe storage facility. When I asked where. She said california. I told her that I had told the foreman enrique that I didn't need my items stored, and I wanted them delivered. She said the contract said to store for 40 days and she would have dispatcher call me.

July 9th Kellie called back and said dispatcher was on another call and would be calling shortly. Shortly thereafter the dispatcher (Ben) did call. Said there was a misunderstanding and he thought we needed storage for 40 days.

When I told him that I told Tony when I hired paramount that I would not be needing storage, he said Tony has been out sick all week. When I said Kellie told me a couple days ago that Tony didn't work there anymore, he said was misunderstanding. He said he would give me top priority and deliver my belongings no later than Wednesday (july 18th). He stated my things are in storage in same zipcode as where they picked up furniture (Nevada). Said on delivery I would need postal money order or cash to pay remaining balance of $2742.75.

July 13th my husband called to confirm the July 18th deliver date. Spoke with Mike and was told Ben was not in. Told Mike I wanted to follow up on delivery. Also told him that my medical supplies were in that shipment. He said will talk to the manager of company and give it top proirity. Said he would call back in a couple of hours. A couple hours later he called back and confirmed items will be delivered as promised.

July 16th. Ben called and said items will be delivered tomorrow (July 17th) between 5-7 P.M. And the Driver will call first around 10 A.M. - noon. When I asked for drivers name and number, I was told he has my number and will call me.

July 17th, Now truck is 'broke down' on the road. They are going to have a mechanic look at it. I again ask for the drivers name and number. Refused again. Mike said it might take a couple more days to get belongings delivered. I stated that I want to see a mechanics report when items are delivered.

July 18th, called this morning and spoke with Mike again. I asked where my belonging are 'broke down' at and he said to be honest he doesn't know. They are sending another truck to get my things and deliver them.'When I asked again for the drivers name and number he said that he didn't have number of driver but he 'THINKS' his name is James.

I told him again that I have medical supplies on this truck that I desperately need, and that I have already ended up in the hospital due to having to sleep on the floor. They are supposed to be calling me around noon today (which by the way I was told would be the LATEST date I would recieve my things) All I want at this point is my things delivered to me, safe, sound and unbroken. As of 3:00 P.M. Mountain standard time, no call back yet again.
