Lie after lie after lie

I called the Brick March about our love. They said that a repairman will call you within 48-72 hours. Two weeks later still no call, when he finally called me, we set a date which was another 8 days away. He inspected the love seat and apparently the frame was broken and told us he will order the part and should be within two weeks. May 13th, we received a call that the part was being shipped to my house and should be there within 3-5 days. May 31, I called as the product hasn't arrived. The woman I spoke to stated that she didn't know would someone tell me as the part will not be here till end of June. End of June I called and was told that it was back ordered till July 5th. The part finally arrived. Repairman didn't call. I called again July 15th, I spoke to a woman from New Brunswick who stated again that someone will be in touch within 48 hours. I called Yesterday and spoke to Daniel who PROMISED to call me to advise when the repairman will be in. To top off the woman that I spoke to early July had a British accent and promised if the repairs were not done by July 9th that they will replace the product. I asked her to email but never received anything. What a shame, I bought many things from the Brick never again. Work order number 67918.
