I have called these people over and over. I get no help from them just a lot of promises. I cannot get a signal it will work for a while then go off for two to three days at a time. I have called them they tell me my dish has moved well that is not true. They want to charge $45.00 to come and look at it. I pay $31.99 a month and it doesn't work half the time. Also they started charging me $46.99 two months ago. I called them and told them I had not ordered anything new so I was not going to pay that.
So they charged me a late fee of $15.00. I had to fight with them for six months to get my rebate back. This company (and I use that word very carefully) should be put out of business. Stay away from DIRECTV.
