Direct TV is horrible - ALL

As soon as my contract is up I am finding something else besides direct TV. Tehy try to screw you from the start by saying you are getting a price of 39.99 and failed to mention that you have to send a rebate in in order to get that price. Customer service reps are horrible and not helpful what so ever. They also said I would get the 2nd receiver for free but they are now charging me 5.99 a month for that. My tv always says that the satellite is searching for signal so I dont even have tv half the time. When I called to ask for help with this problem they want to charge my 50 bucks for someone to come and fix it... I don't own the dish, I don't own the receivers, that should be their responsibility to have someone come fix it. My parents and some other family have direct tv and we are all finding something else after our contracts are up. Horrible horrible service. Don't do it
