False advertizing about 1-800-the move

I took Directv when I moved in August. Shortly thereafter, I moved again to a new location. When I called Directv to get installed they took 1 week to make me an appointment. I waited patiently for them to arrive. When I did get my equipment installed they slapped me with a $50.00 installation fee. I questioned my bill and they said that I was a new customer and they did not have a payment history on me so I would have to pay $50.00. OK so I did.

Now 8 months later I have moved again. This time, they came on time, in just about 2 days. But the real thing is that now my bill is 306.00! Now they claim that I move to much so the free installation applies to me but not the cost of the direct tv dish. So now I have to pay 199.00 for the dish, but I dont have to worry, I have 1 month to catch up! Also I do not get starz of showtime free. Talk about a ripoff!!!
