I have direct tv for 2 months. The signal is constantly going out due to imclement weather. I was told by a tech. That it's a common problem. Because of this ongoing problem, i tried to cancel the dish and was told that i must pay $430 because of a 2-year contract. At the time of the order and installation, i was never told about the dish going out, otherwise i would have never ordered direct tv. Please is there anything i can do about this scam? My congressmen should be made aware...
