Directv took $111.00 dollars from my account for services I didn't order. They knew this because they tell you at the beginning of the phone call that the call was being monitored and recorded for training purpose so they knew I hadn't order premium channels. They told me they were sorry and that they would return the money 8-10 business days.
This is all well and good except I'm a disabled Vietnam Veteran with a fixed income and these funds they took were to buy food for the next 2 weeks. STEALING is wrong no matter what the amount is $1.00 or 10 million dollars.
Its time the people of this country stand up and say enough is enough and fight for there rights from dishonest companies like DIRECTV. Help stop companies from ripping of people join in a Class Action Suit against DIRECTV.
