Sunrocket's customer service was excellent until just recently. I started with sunrocket in Feb07 and paid $200 for a year of voip phone service. This week (mid July) started getting busy signals instead of rings when I calling my sunrocket home phone. This happened consistently between about 4pm thru 7pm. Seems like this voip company can't handle peak hour calls. I called Sunrocket's 1-800 customer sevice number and got a recording saying that Sunrocket has stopped handling customer service phone calls. Probably because of the high volume of complaints. I wish I had not singed up with sunrocket. Sometimes trying to save a few bucks is a mistake.
