I discovered the sinleparentmeet dating site in early July. I paid for a 6 month subscription on 7/5. On July 8th, I was no longer able to gain access to the site. Username and password was not recognized.
I have sent atleast 4 e-mails to customer service and have made 4 calls directly to the company. I have not spoken to a "REAL" person yet-today is July 11,207.
I did get a response from customer service via e-mail. It stated they would reactivate my subscription after I verified 4 things for them.
Of course, I immediately responded with the info. They requested. It is over 24 hours later, and still no access to the site.
They are very slow to respond via e-mail. They never answer their phone. It looks like I'm out $43.90 for 2-3 days of service.
