On January 5 I tried to make an internet subscription for $19.95 through Web Charge, an Atlanta based entity.
When prompted I entered my credit card information (Discover).instant access was claimed. I then entered my user name and password, however, access was denied.
I did get an confirmation that in e-mail confirmation with my username and password. I tried several times. To ensure correct entry, I even copied the usernames and password and pasted them. Still nothing.
They had a screen for reporting errors, which I did, on at least two occasions. Each time, a message appeared stating that they would contact me within 48 hours. They didn't, nor did they fix the problem.
I also tried e-mailing all the addresses listed on my e-mail confirmation. I received either no response or bad address messages.
I was thinking that maybe they simply wouldn't bill me, however, when they did bill me I did e-mail them requesting a refund. There was no error message, however no reply.
There is a number on my Discover bill its 770-4761050 That could be a phone number.
The e-mail confrimation had no physical address or phone number.
I have available, most, if not all of the e-mails concerning this matter for reference.
To their credit, although the recurring subscription service was stopped, I never got my initial month. At this point I'm no longer interested in the service. I just want my money back.
If you need any further information to proceed please let me know.
