I was hit in the arm with a shopping cart by a customer and the greeter tells her "Good One". A store employee was allowed by a manager to cut in front of myself and others in line.
I was solicited for money an employee says "No she needs her money to feed her fat A*". The kicker is their policy on their credit card usage. My grandmother went to purchase something and was denied because the credit card belonge her husband (my grandfather) Not her. My grandfather took ill and I was his primary care giver. I had a note from him stating that I had his permission to use his card. I went through a self serve line and because the bill was $75.00 they had to check the card with a ID. Unfortunatly I left the letter in the car and told them that I would go get it I was told by a "supposed" manager that either I better show them the letter or they would call the police I would be thrown in jail and be investigated for credit card fraud.
No appoligies to the customer no repermand to the employees NOTHING.
