Oakland Park Overcharging for phone calls

My 15 year old daughter was at Dulles airport, she tried to call us three times to let us know that she would be late. She was able to get us on the third try, but when we looked at her debit card it was charged $15.00 per call so a total for 3 calls that lasted less than a minute was $45.00. What a rip-off!
