I went to pick-up my on-line purchase at the Harrisburg, PA store and the alleged Store Manager would NOT allow it because I did not have the credit card used to make the on-line purchase. Well there IS a Very, VERY Good reason Why! No Real, Plastic Credit Card Exists! Hello! The purchase was made with a Virtual Credit Card! I walked out of the store and called Best Buy Corporate from my Cell Phone. Corporate tried several times to call the store but no one answered. Finally the Corporate guy asked me to go inside with my cell phone and find the store manager. Well gues what, Kirstin IS NOT THE Store Manager, she is ONLY the shift manager in the Customer Service Dept! I gave my cell to Nathan. Corporate told Nathan to process the purchase. It turned out, Gee YOU CAN Pick-up an on-line purchase without THE credit Card used to make the purchase. I spent OVER an hour because that ignorant, arrogant "Clerk" was too stupid to do the Right Thing!
