This is a real estate company in which, after being an agent for over a year, the "broker" in charge, Michelle, could manage to spell neither the first nor last name of an agent correctly. This is a company where female employees are so utterly incompetent, that they do not even know vaguely how being a referral agent affects becoming a broker - after being the broker in charge of referral agents since the company's program began.
There is no effective response from broker/owners after being informed of clear and utterly incompetence by employees.
