I had direct tv installed in March in june we had a hail storm I lost all my local channels, I called them it took 2 weeks for a technician to come here, I lost 3 hours work that day, to find out the technician refused to go up on the roof, i called the 1-800 number canceled them, called my local cable comcast, well i had just over payed my payment by 40.00, a week later the took 60.00 from my debit/charge card i called them they said it was an early cancelation fee, what I never signed anything,
I go to my bank while the payment was still pending made a complaint, canceled my card got a new card/number, ok 2 weeks later they took 200.00 more saying i never returned my converter, THEY NEVER SENT ANY BOXES!!! I called them up they now have sent me boxes but they have 200.00 deposit i gave them in March, plus 40.00 over payment plus 60.. 00, plus 200.00... Going to bank Monday am close my account for good but how do i get my money?
