Won't Change Rate Plan Or Give You What You Paid For RIP OFF

I just wrote a note to Boost customer care. Thought I might share it with you.

Dear Boost

I just wanted to write a quick note on the horrid customer service I've received. I think I've just about had it with your company.

I've been a customer for about 5 years with various phone numbers and the total lack of customer care still awes me. If I need to make a payment, oh, I'm treated like a king! If I have a problem. HA!

A few months back I dropped my phone in water just after I made a payment. I go to radio shack and they tell me I have to buy a new phone/phone number etc because you switched networks (the same phone isn't available anymore). Ok. Fine. All I wanted Boost to do was credit the payment I just made to my new account. "It's not our fault you dropped your phone in water". HA! Excellent huh?

Now another problem with my other line (the one on the account). Ever since I started this one I've been trying to change the rate plan. "No, we can't do it now." "OK. We've changed it" etc. Etc. For MONTHS on end! Finally last March I spoke with a rep who said she changed it and I don't have to call in again.

This is my girlfriends phone, I just give her the credit card to pay it. So in April, May and June she paid $75 instead of $55. I found out just the other day when I tried to buy her a walkie-talkie phone but found out they can't port the phone number. UGH!

So I call CS. They said they see the notes where it was supposed to be changed. The supervisor changes the plan and said she would credit me for a month and my phone should be working in 4 hours. 4 hours later. Nothing. I wait another 4 hours and call in.

I speak to rep ID LA-55652 who claimed she is a supervisor answering calls. She had a complete indifference towards the customer. I explained the situation and she magically "couldn't find the notes". Her supervisor of course, "was not available" and she refused to transfer me to her voicemail (I think her name is Cynthia).

Finally I got frustrated and just made a payment and figured I would deal with it later. I wait a full 24 hours and nothing. Phone isn't working. FINALLY I speak to rep ID 75916 tonight and for the first time got some decent customer service. She found the payment I made and got the phone activated again, only after waiting half an hour on hold. It's funny too because the first time I called the rep couldn't hear me because I was breaking up!!! It took 15 minutes to get to a rep and she tells me the service sucks and I have to call back. Ironic don't you think?

So the first time I asked for nothing more than what I had payed for. Nope. I got a big F you! In return. The second time I asked for nothing more than what I paid for. Nope, another F you in return.

Great customer service! How can you justify taking peoples money and not giving them what they paid for? I NEVER asked for anything I didn't pay for.

I hope someone responds but I seriously doubt it.
