I was contacted by this company over the phone. Told them I was not interested and to take me off of their call list and hung up on them. A week later I discovered they had taken $199.00 out of my checking account without my authorization. I did not give them any information.
I called my bank to have the item returned to get my money back.
Medi's bank sent it back to my bank saying it was not returned in a timely manner. (Good thing I did not wait until I got my bank statement!) My bank now is telling me I am out of luck. They can not give me any information about this company that took money out of my account illegally, but they can take my money with no problem. My bank said they have to protect the customer -I Am Their Customer!!! And they are not doing a thing to help me!!!
I never recieved any information in the mail from this company, I would love to have an address or phone number for them. If they have done this to me, how many other people have they done it to?
