Returned defective merchandise to Medi-Fridge that was still under warrantee in October. After being informed by Medi-Fridge a couple of weeks later that the unit could not be reapired they offered me a refund since they no longer carried that model to do an exchange.
I was informed by Medi-Fridge that I would recive a refund in about a week. That conversation was on 11/13. After countless e mails and phone conversations with their finance officer over the next 5 months I followed through with my threat of filing a complaint whith The Better Business Bureau in Austin, TX on 03/25. Medi-Fridge would not answer the complaint.
Now they have a complaint filed againts them with the Austin BBB. They obviousley do not seem to care about it or do they care how they treat customers. Medi-Fridge does not honor their warrentees or care about customer service. They do care about selling their merchadise and ripping off their customers.
