This company offers employees when they hire on great benifits and hours. They then decide not to deliver.
I worked for the company for 2 years and had advanced to Supervisor. Then on December 12, they decied that they no longer needed me. I was laid off. It was quite devastating for me. I have given 2 years to a company. Had been loyal and had given up lunches weekends and came in on my days off.
There was no warning. They all of a sudden decided to cut their staff by 150 employees. I left work on a Saturday and came to work on Tuesday and thought all was well then ehy call em to the conference room and say that they are cutting jobs and you job is abolished.
Then come to find out, they are having people who get paid less do your job. That is wrong. The wages were poor and the environment hostile. Supervisors would berate employees on the call center floor. The clients were often kept in the dark and we did not complete the job they ahd asked us to do and the only reason we ever did our job right was because the Client had camped out oin the call center and monitored all the calls for our facility and they headquaters.
